New Classes in February:

  • Tuesday and Thursday early morning Kundalini Yoga
  • Tuesday mid morning Slow Yoga 50+
  • Wednesday 5:15pm Modern Dance 5:15pm
  • Thursday evening Ballet Barre and Pilates II
 

New Classes in March:

  • Fibromyalgia Free: Monday Community Class for people with Fibromyalgia and related chronic pain issues. (Consult with your physician before attending)
 

Our classes are planned with you in mind: Our teachers are here to help you learn how best to move in your body: You won't find a 'cookie cutter' class anywhere in the studio, so let us know ahead of time if you are planning to join.

  • Pre-paying for your class, either with your class card, membership, or over the phone insures your space in class.


  • New Students: Please arrive early to register and sign-in before your first class.
  • Please phone or email with 24-hr notice to cancel your place in class, as without notice the full session rate will be charged.
  • Any regularly scheduled class for which no students have registered may be canceled at the studio's discretion without notice, so if you are thinking of coming, give us a call!
  • We check messages regularly and will reply with your confirmation as soon as humanly possible.
  • For Workshops and 4, 6, or 8 Week Series Classes:
  • Please check the Pre-Registration Date for your discount (varies).
  • Classes with registrations which do not meet a minimum class size may be canceled prior to the start date (you will be notified at least 48 hrs prior to the class and your fees will be refunded!).
  • Drop-ins are welcome and are charged at the Single Class or Workshop rates, though calling ahead to insure your space is recommended.
  • We request a 48-hour cancelation notice for a refund of your pre-paid fee (less $5 processing fee).

We appreciate your attendance: The teachers and staff of Burlington Dances and Natural Bodies Pilates thank you for your attendance at the studio. We wish to make every visit pleasant and to help you get the most from your sessions in a safe and comfortable studio. We respect the privacy, integrity, and very personal nature of the process of change for each student, and ask that our students do the same for each other. We do not share your private information with anyone. Period. If you ever have any question about our programs or your exercises, please feel free to ask. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you in classes.
